By making the payment, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions listed below.

Enrolment: To enrol please choose the course that suits you and continue with the payment process. Alternatively, you can fill out the form or drop us an email at info@artdesignhive.com. Your child’s place will only be secured once payment is received.

Payment Terms: Fees are payable in advance for the term.

Term-Time Booking: The full-term booking allows the children to work on projects for a longer period of time, and it gives them consistency in their learning.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Missed classes are not refundable. If a session is cancelled by us due to weather or illness, you will be offered up to two catch-up classes.

Photography and Media Use: During the classes photographs and short video clips may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. You will be asked to provide consent for photography.

Medical Needs: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. In the event of a medical emergency, emergency services will be contacted immediately, and parents/carers will be informed as soon as possible.

Food and Drink: Children may bring a water bottle and a healthy, nut/seed free snack to have before the start of the class.

Behaviour Policy: For the safety of all our students, we reserve the right to end a booking if a child’s behaviour is persistently disruptive or puts others at risk. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Safeguarding: I, Shabnam, hold an enhanced DBS check and if any other adult educators are invited to asisst a session, they will also have a DBS check.
